The One was originally slated to be released on November 16, but is now landing on December 14, which is a week before Christmas. Every artist suffers from push backs. Tariq states “The One is done! We just have to make sure the promo and business side is right before we drop it.” The mixtape includes 14 tracks produced by popular and upcoming producers in the game. Mr. Starr is gearing up to release his second single from the R&B disc sometime in December as well. He adds “OMG! The second single is a major problem; it’s a sure bonafide club record.” He excitedly continues, “I hope yall are ready!” All of his fans will be jamming just in time for the Holidays and New Year.
